My Project is a documentary short film focused on Fashion, Feminism and how these things affect how millennials view the Catholic Church. The documentary aims to look at different perceptions of the Catholic Church using fashion and feminism as conduits exploring these perceptions through interviews with millennial women and Consecrated Religious people (a Catholic Priest and Nun). The documentary will look at the history of the Church in her relationship with dress and feminism, but focus on the modern Church and whether or not youth believe that the Church is meeting the needs of people in 2018.
